Booking Policy

This Booking Policy is part of our Terms of Service, and any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Booking Policy will have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service.  You may book sessions such as readings and counseling with Julie or via this site (“Contact Us”).  Unless otherwise expressly provided on the Site, if you would like to book any Services offered on the Site, your booking will be governed by the terms of this Booking Policy.

Payment methods, booking appointments and Billing


If you wish to book a Session with Julie or via the Site, you must provide valid credit card information on the Site’s order form or pay the rate of your session via PayPal invoice, Email Money Transfer Or Square. An invoice via the square will be sent to your email at the time of your booking and is due upon receipt on the day of your wanting to schedule or your appointment will be cancelled.  We currently accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINER’S CLUB, DISCOVERY.  By submitting such credit card information, you give Julie Spiritual Healer permission to charge your booking to the card that you designate on the order form, invoice, email or square.  We reserve the right to cancel any booking, any time and for any reason.  If your credit card has already been charged and your booking is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge.  We will not be responsible (i) for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order, (ii) if your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you, or (iii) for any delays or non-delivery of Products that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only book Sessions on the site with a parent or guardian.



Booking Returns

You may not return any Service booked with Julie for any reason. Once you have paid your deposit for the session you forfeit the deposit in the event of a No Show or Cancellation or a late Rescheduling. Please see Rescheduling guidelines.


Julie Spiritual Healers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Rescheduling

The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in CAD dollars.  You are responsible for the payment of any booked session and local taxes a room booking fees or driving fees that may apply to your booking  if a rescheduling is made within less than 24 hours in advance.

If you book a session you will be responsible for paying a minimum of half imposed on such bookings. These taxes and fees, if assessed, are the sole responsibility of the client, who will be billed for them by the Julie.


With respect to No Shows to appointments, whatever the reason, client of booking shall pay the entire cost of the full price booking.  You are solely responsible for providing us with advanced notice for rescheduling, and cancellations, and in the event that any Session is not paid within 24 hours of your scheduled appointments as a result of your failure to do so, you shall be responsible for an additional fee or other charges that may be applied. Information regarding the flat rates for booking readings, angel parties, and sessions and events will be clearly posted on the Site.
