us to repeat beautiful and loving messages to ourselves and others, as
a way to help purify and beautify the world we share. By constantly saying things over and over again, we are naturally doing affirmations. Affirmationscan be done daily either verbally, mentally; however, writing them down in a journal is the most effective form of manifesting. Written affirmations can be a powerful technique
, which can contribute to co-creating desirable life-situations. The messages a person thinks about, especially the repetitive ones are very powerful in manifesting the world one creates.
Repetitive messages we tell ourselves and others contribute to the reality we are manifesting; therefore, it is important to be mindful about what you are thinking and speaking. The Universe hears our every thought and responds accordingly, by reflecting back to us our prominent belief system. If a person believes that they are worthless, than the people in their life situations will reflect that state of consciousness back to them, by treating them poorly. In contrast, if an individual believes that they are worthy of love and good, than others will reflect that back to them by treating them with kindness and respect.
